From M6 J32 take the M55 towards Blackpool. At the end of the motorway take the left at the roundabout and take the A5230 towards Lythan St Annes (Progress Way). Straight on at the traffic lights then turn left onto Clifton Drive North (A584). In 3m turn right into King Edward Avenue, site is the 2nd left (200yds). Look for NSDA signs.
