Weekend Meets
The majority of our weekend meets run from 12 noon on a Friday until 12 noon on a Sunday. In the summer we tend to use sites that allow us to camp and enjoy the company of friend and the local amenities.
In the winter we use sites that have a hall and will often organise something in the venue, even if that is just a bit of music and a game of bingo.
All weekend meets will have fresh water and an elsan point. Having your own sanitation is essential. Some sites may offer a limited number of EHU points which are chargeable separately.

Temporary Holiday Sites
We run a number of Temporary Holiday Sites across the country. From Bridlington to Minehead, our volunteer stewards will welcome you onto our site. Booking is not required but it is always advisable to contact the stewards prior to you arriving to ensure that there is a place available.
All of our sites will have fresh water, an elsan point and waste disposal facilities. Some sites offer toilets and showers but these are provided by the landowner and we cannot guarantee their availability. Therefore having your own sanitation is recommended. Some sites may offer a limited number of EHU points but these are chargeable separately.
Special Events
Throughout the year we organise events that fall outside of the usual description of either weekend meets or Temporary Holiday Sites. These are our Special Events and may require a reservation to be made with our Booking Officer.
Many of these events are themed and include live entertainment.
